Job Description

As a Senior Product Owner, Tendering and Ordering, New Building Solutions at KONE, you will have a crucial role in shaping and leading the future of digital experiences for KONE Sales personnel. You will be responsible for creating the product vision, concepts, and specifications for the Tendering and Ordering process flow. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end prioritization of the product backlog, delivery of value, performance, and user experience of KTOC. You will work closely with global business development, offering, Areas, R&D, and IT teams to ensure the best-in-class digital experience is delivered. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create the end-to-end product roadmap and vision for NBS KTOC, considering both the application development and product configuration aspects. - Lead the vision creation for the CPQ ecosystem, act as an influencer, thought-leader, and driver for the ecosystem within KTI. - Govern the CPQ ecosystem and quarterly prioritization process with stakeholders. - Define the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and plan the execution of development to realize maximum value from product investments. - Clarify stakeholder requirements and translate them into backlog items. - Own the solution design of digital services used by KONE Sales Personnel, ensuring alignment with integrated solutions. - Establish product performance KPIs, track them, and communicate with stakeholders. - Lead agile ways of working and quarterly planning, providing clarity on the prioritized product backlog. - Manage financials during the product lifecycle, including development costs, license costs, and run costs. - Lead continuous improvement of IT products and ways of working within the teams. - Utilize feedback loops to understand stakeholder and user needs and incorporate them into the product roadmap. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to foster innovation and competitive advantage in KONE delivery operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 12 years of experience in product development, IT processes, system development, and cloud-based technologies. - Proven track record in roles such as Senior Product Owner, Product Designer, or similar, preferably in digital product development. - Experience in change management, leading matrix organizations, and managing a wide network of stakeholders. - Experience with CPQ solutions is advantageous. - Strong collaboration and communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly. - Hands-on experience in design thinking techniques, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP), and DevOps practices. - Ability to work effectively in virtual and multicultural teams.
