As a Senior Manager - Product Urology in this leading Pharma Company at Mumbai location, your role involves: - Developing brand plans and strategies for the product range, including market penetration strategy, market research, and competitor analysis. - Creating brand inputs for promotion such as digital campaigns (e.g., website or app launches, webinar series). - Conducting meetings, conferences, and ensuring brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals in the pharmaceutical industry. - Handling product forecasting, new product pipeline strategy, pre-launch and launch strategy, and post-launch initiatives for product growth. - Developing marketing and promotional plans to meet the needs of end consumers. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in Product Management Team (PMT). - Experience in chronic therapy or Urology will be preferred.
