Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Product Engineer / Associate Technical Leader - Electrical / Controls with 4 to 6 years of experience. This critical role focuses on system integration, design, and validation of complex electrical and electronic control systems. While a BE/BTech in Electrical / Electronic / EnTC is preferred, Diploma candidates with higher relevant experience will also be strongly considered. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the integration of various electrical and electronic sub-systems into cohesive control architectures. This involves defining system , designing hardware and software interfaces, and ensuring interoperability between components. You will play a key role in the design phase, which encompasses schematic design, component selection, and electrical layout considerations, with a strong emphasis on reliability and compliance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for rigorous validation activities, including developing test plans, executing system-level tests (e.g., HIL testing, system integration testing), analyzing test data, and troubleshooting complex electrical and control issues. This role requires a deep understanding of control theory, power electronics, embedded systems, communication protocols, and safety standards. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including mechanical design, software development, and testing to ensure seamless product development and successful deployment of integrated systems.
