Job Description

Drive Strategic Insights: Apply best practices in analytics, strategy, and operations to enhance product features and influence cross-functional teams toward achieving business objectives.

Analyze & Identify Opportunities: Lead the analysis of complex challenges to uncover high-impact opportunities that improve the customer experience.

Define & Monitor Metrics: Develop and track KPIs to measure user experience, and perform root cause analysis to understand metric movements.

Own Business Outcomes: Set clear objectives, measure progress, and deliver results by leading projects that boost engagement, product conversion, and overall business performance.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Communicate Impact: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A proven data scientist with strong analytical skills and the ability to dive deep into data to identify causes and opportunities.
Highly proficient in statistics, A/B testing, and quantitative research methodologies.

Proactive in leveraging data to resolve issues and deliver results quickly.

Demonstrates strong business acumen and product sense to spot new opportunities.

Takes ownership, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communicator with outstanding listening, written, and verbal skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related disciplines.

3+ years of relevant experience in the following: Quantitative Research, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or Statistics.

Strong skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and a proven track record of delivering results through data analysis.

Experience designing analytical solutions for complex business problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams for maximum impact.
