Job Description

Build world-class software experiences for clients by applying design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies.

Design and develop products from scratch using cutting-edge technologies, platforms, and languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, GoLang, and Scala.

Contribute to server-side application development with strong expertise in Java.

Collaborate in a fast-paced, transparent, and non-hierarchical culture, fostering open communication and innovation.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric, and value-driven solutions.

Mentor and guide junior developers, contributing to the growth of the next generation of engineering talent.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes and product quality.

Basic Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on software development.

Strong server-side development experience in Java (core focus).

Hands-on development experience with a broad mix of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, GoLang, Scala).

UI development exposure using ReactJS (good to have, not mandatory).

Demonstrated passion for software engineering, writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Prior experience in leading projects or teams in an agile environment.

Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
