We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NewLoad Lead to oversee performance testing initiatives using NewLoad.
The ideal candidate will lead performance testing efforts.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in performance engineering.
Lead performance testing efforts using NewLoad Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to define performance testing strategies and objectives.
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios.
Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks across application layers.
Provide recommendations for performance improvements and optimizations.
Monitor system performance during peak loads and ensure scalability.
Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior performance testers in best practices and tool usage.
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance testing and engineering. Scripting
