We have a few urgent openings in our English-speaking patient counselling team to help patients worldwide.

Role Brief:

1. This is a Patient Consulting role. It is about providing clinical assistance to patients worldwide and helping them discover the best healthcare provider for their medical treatment
2. A strong understanding of Human body anatomy is a crucial skill for this position
3. End-to-end patient case management to ensure patient delight
4. Fluent in English writing and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria for this role:

1. Academic background in healthcare is a must

2. Minimum Experience of 2 years in the Medical Travel industry in a similar role is MUST
