We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Packaging Designer to lead our packaging design function and elevate our brand presence in the market.

Role Overview

As a Senior Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative packaging solutions across Protyze’s product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to create packaging that is visually impactful, functional, sustainable, and aligned with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end packaging design process for all product categories (nutrition, supplements, wellness).
• Develop creative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams to understand requirements and translate briefs into effective designs.
• Ensure packaging compliance with legal, nutritional labeling, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with vendors & printing partners to ensure high-quality execution of packaging designs.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and sustainable packaging innovations.
• Mentor and guide junior designers in the creative team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in FMCG, health, nutrition, or wellness industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects.
• Expertise in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
• Experience with sustainable packaging is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
