As a Senior Operations Analyst within our innovative organization specializing in affordable healthcare services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional healthcare services to our clients and consumers. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes, ultimately improving the healthcare marketplace and consumer services we offer. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around production operations, including scheduling coordination, monitoring, and maintaining variance operational processes. This will involve tasks such as data management, operations workload management, and ongoing quality and performance management. We are seeking a candidate who is proficient in operations and possesses a passion for developing knowledge libraries, standard operating procedures (SOPs), SFTP, data ingestion, and operational report design. Ideally, you should have a strong operational background, particularly with experience in Azure and Azure Data Factory (ADF). Your key responsibilities will include driving operational enhancements, facilitating collaborative process improvement efforts, developing and analyzing reports to identify trends, establishing and implementing project plans, fostering collaboration between functional groups, and ensuring that operating goals are met. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in streamlining existing projects and management processes. In your role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management and Infrastructure Services to deliver operational services that can scale to meet the evolving needs of our clients and consumers. It will be essential to ensure that the solutions delivered meet the required business operations service level agreements (SLAs) and are completed within the committed time frames. Your expertise and support will be crucial in maintaining an effective operating service model.
