Role & responsibilities

Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):

  • Handling Re-KYC activity end to end for Co-brand category
  • Documents to be thoroughly checked before completing Re-KYC for these customers and in case of any anomaly to be highlighted to Reporting Manager to ensure correct approvals for the requests received
  • Maintaining MIS & logs for all the requests received v/s processed successfully to manage this Portfolio efficiently without any gaps
  • CKYC updates / modifications Cases received for Re-KYC (with address updation) to be uploaded in CKYC Portal as regulatory requirement on daily basis
  • Details and documents to be updated and uploaded respectively by staff.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

  • Collaborative and a team player & should be fast learner
  • Should be well versed with Re-KYC activity
  • Knowledge of CKYC will be an added advantage
  • Should possess good analytical skill
  • Should be very good in data entry & should have excel knowledge.
