Job Summary: Synechron is seeking a skilled Node.js Developer to design and implement scalable and robust Node.js applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with popular front-end frameworks, databases, and REST API design and development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products and ensure seamless integration with front-end applications. Software Requirements: Experience with Node.js. Knowledge of popular front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra. Understanding of REST API design and development. Proficiency in Git version control system. Overall Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and robust Node.js applications. Develop server-side logic and APIs to integrate with front-end applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver projects on time. Technical Skills (Category-wise): Primary Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js. Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra. Understanding of REST API design and development. Proficiency in Git version control system. Secondary Skills: Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience: 4 to 14 years of experience in developing applications using Node.js. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns. Day-to-Day Activities: Design and implement scalable and robust Node.js applications. Develop server-side logic and APIs to integrate with front-end applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver projects on time. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Node.js ecosystem. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant certifications in Node.js or JavaScript is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to continuously learn and improve technical skills.
