You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Node.js Developer with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the server-side application development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and optimal performance. You will oversee code reviews, enhance scalability, and optimize application performance to contribute significantly to the development process. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices, developing and implementing scalable server-side components for web applications, and optimizing application architecture for performance and responsiveness. You will also mentor and guide developers in coding standards and best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end elements seamlessly, and ensure code quality with respect to scalable clean code, memory optimization, parallel execution, and threads. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent knowledge of computer science principles, higher education in the industry with a focus on Node.js development, proficiency in Node.js, and a deep understanding of JavaScript.
