Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Network Engineer/Team Lead with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise and service-provider networks. The candidate will handle complex L2/L3 operations and provide technical leadership to the team.Key responsibilities:

• Develop, administer, and troubleshoot sophisticated L2 and L3 network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage BGP, MPLS, CGNAT, and BNG in production.
• Lead and mentor first- and second-level engineers.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident management.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to network security standards and best practices.
• Manage network upgrades, migrations, and documentation.
• Manage key incidents and escalations.
• Support shift-based operations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Network Engineer experience (L3 or Senior level).
• Strong hands-on experience with BGP, MPLS, CGNAT, and BNG.
• Experience with L2 technologies such as STP, MSTP, LACP, VLANs, and L2 security.
• Proven team management or technical leadership experience.
