As a Senior Manager, Digital Intelligence & Enablement at Amgen, you will play a crucial role in driving digital procurement initiatives with precision and purpose. Your leadership will be instrumental in championing change and adoption, ensuring clear outcomes, and delivering usable products that transform the way procurement functions within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and drive a 12-24 month GenAI roadmap for Procurement, from pilot to scale. - Lead cross-functional delivery pods and collaborate with various teams including AI/ML, IT Architecture, Security/Privacy, Finance, and Legal. - Implement high-impact pilots and move successful initiatives to production. - Establish and maintain data and platform foundations required for reliable AI solutions. - Partner with external vendors to accelerate value and drive innovation. - Advocate for change and adoption by showcasing clear outcomes and user-friendly products. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience leading digital, analytics, or AI initiatives with a minimum of 3 years in product/program leadership. - Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI solutions. - Strong understanding of GenAI/LLMs and data fluency in modeling, pipelines, and BI. - Experience in orchestrating cross-functional teams and excellent stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with procurement processes or a quick ability to learn about them.
