Sr. MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to become a part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful track record in constructing and managing scalable full-stack applications utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Proficiency in Next.js for SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and API route development is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. - Develop features and components with Next.js, making use of SSR, SSG, and API routes. - Collaborate with diverse teams to delineate, design, and deliver new functionalities. - Write clean, sustainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices. - Conduct code reviews, ensuring application performance, responsiveness, and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in full-stack development utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Next.js in real-world, production-level projects. - Strong grasp of React concepts such as hooks, context, and component lifecycle. - Experience in API integration, RESTful services, and data management. - Sound knowledge of MongoDB and database design principles. - Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms like JWT and OAuth. - Proficiency in Git and version control systems. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in TypeScript. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Understanding of Docker and containerized deployments. - Experience working in Agile environments. - Previous involvement in leading or mentoring development teams.
