Job Description

You will be responsible for designing and developing full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack. Your role will involve building RESTful APIs and integrating front-end and back-end systems. You will deploy and manage applications utilizing AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFront, RDS, among others. Implementing CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or other DevOps tools will also be part of your tasks. Monitoring, optimizing, and scaling applications for performance and availability will be crucial. Ensuring security best practices in both code and AWS infrastructure is a key aspect. Writing clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation is essential. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality products on schedule is expected. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with MERN Stack development is required. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (Hooks, Redux), and Node.js is essential. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and writing complex queries and aggregations is necessary. Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS is a must. Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch, etc., is expected. Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and serverless computing is beneficial. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are desired. Preferred qualifications include AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer Associate), experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, familiarity with GraphQL and WebSockets, exposure to container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. As a Full-time employee, you will be entitled to health insurance, Provident Fund, and performance bonuses. The work schedule will be during Day shift from Monday to Friday.
