Job Description: You will be joining Himker Knits (India) Pvt Ltd in Ludhiana as a Senior Merchant on a full-time, on-site basis. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing product development, sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing the supply chain. In addition, you will collaborate with design and production teams, ensure quality control, and uphold delivery schedules. It will be your duty to analyze market trends to maintain the competitiveness and alignment of the company's product offerings with customer expectations. To excel in this role, you must possess experience in product development and material sourcing, adept negotiation skills, and a background in supply chain management. Your ability to effectively coordinate with design and production teams, implement quality control measures, and meet delivery timelines will be essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for effective collaboration, along with the capability to analyze market trends and evaluate competitive product offerings. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile or apparel industry is expected, along with a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.,
