Job Description

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee execution of all MEP works at site.
Review drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
Conduct inspections and implement QC checks.
Resolve technical issues and site constraints.
Prepare daily/weekly progress and inspection reports.
Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory codes and safety norms.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and supervisors.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing & ELV systems.
Good knowledge of IS codes, NBC, safety, and QC procedures.
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of site execution & QC experience.
TPQI (Third-Party Quality Inspection) experience preferred.
