Sr. Marketing Executive

About the Role:-
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven candidate to join our sales team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for connecting with people. If you're confident on the phone and able to handle offline meeting with client this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate new leads through Upwork, cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services/solutions.
• Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align offerings.

Meet or exceed sales targets and reporting .

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software, or consulting (preferred).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Must have communication skills in English.
