Sr Manager/AVP - Hind sighting / Internal Auditor

Role Overview: As a Sr Manager/AVP in the Risk Team, you will play a key role in enhancing the Risk management function through the Hindsighting process. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing effective controls in processes, systems, and operations, tracking policy level changes, ensuring internal policies are adhered to, and promoting a strong governance culture within the organization. Additionally, you will be involved in quality checks, stakeholder engagement, report preparation, and escalating critical issues to management. Key Responsibilities: - Implement effective controls in processes, systems, and operations - Understand and implement policy level changes in file processing - Conduct quality checks for credit managers and process team members - Ensure internal policies are effectively implemented and adhered to during disbursement - Track and escalate non-compliance or deviations from internal policies - Work closely with senior management to promote a strong governance culture - Prepare PPT for quality checks and present findings to management - Engage with stakeholders for rectifications - Publish monthly reports to stakeholders - Report critical issues to management separately - Handle other associated MIS publishing and works Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA/CA (preferably in finance domain) - Specialized Knowledge: KYC and Policy with domain knowledge of Hindsighting - Skills (Must): Analytical Skills, Coordination with Stakeholders, Team Management - Skills (Desired): Communication skills, Stakeholder coordination, Documentation and Reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools - Technical Skills: Hindsighting, KYC and policy level understanding - Experience Range: 5-7 Years - Language Proficiency: English and Hindi Additional Details of the Company: - Preferred Industry: Finance - Salary Bracket (Gross): 15-25 lakhs (approx.) - Average Salary (Gross): RHR will share this detail with respective FPR/HOD - Abilities: Analytical Skills, Coordination with Stakeholders, Team Management, Strategic and Process Thinking,
