Sr. Manager, UX Design

As a Senior Manager, UX Design at Highspot, you will be leading a team of UX designers to ensure high-quality design output, foster growth, and alignment with product and business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and mentoring a team of UX designers to deliver thoughtful and user-first solutions - Overseeing multiple design initiatives and ensuring consistency with product and business objectives - Collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate product strategy into elegant and functional experiences - Guiding the creation of wireframes, flows, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity designs - Conducting user research and feedback to inform design decisions - Supporting and evolving design systems for visual and functional consistency - Advocating for user-centered design principles and driving prioritization of UX within cross-functional teams - Contributing to the evolution of UX processes, tools, and standards across the team Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related field, or equivalent experience - 10+ years of professional experience in UX or product design, with at least 2+ years in a design leadership and people management role - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple products or platforms - Proficiency in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools - Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or complex software environments is preferred - Demonstrated ability to apply user research and analytics to improve product experience - Experience collaborating in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) - Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills - Willingness to contribute directly to design work when needed Highspot is a global leader in the sales enablement category, leveraging cutting-edge AI and GenAI technologies to empower sales teams worldwide.
