Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, your main role will be to resolve customer complaints and make reminder calls to stakeholders. You will need to possess excellent product knowledge to provide enhanced customer support and establish a positive rapport with clients and customers via phone. Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable experience is also a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve customer complaints and make reminder calls to stakeholders - Possess excellent product knowledge to provide enhanced customer support - Establish a positive rapport with clients and customers via phone - Interact with customers to ensure they have a desirable experience Qualifications Required: - SSC fresher and above - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience - Excellent communication skills - Comfortable working from the office - Immediate joiners preferred The shift timings for this role are 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (any 9 hours shift), with 5 days working. The job location is Bhayander (West), Mumbai, and it is a full-time, permanent position. Benefits for this position include paid time off, and the schedule involves both day and night shifts. There is also a performance bonus offered. Please note that the work location is in person.,
