Sr. Manager - Terminal Facade & interface

As a Senior Executive - Design at Adani Airports Holding Limited, your primary responsibility will be to execute key design tasks and oversee team efforts to ensure the successful completion of design components. You will work closely with senior architects to create detailed architectural designs, conduct site analyses, and coordinate with stakeholders. By bringing your deep expertise in architectural finishes, materials, and faade systems, you will contribute to the aesthetic excellence, technical performance, and compliance with international standards of major airport terminal and ancillary buildings. Your role will involve leading the architectural design and detailing of faade finishes and roofs, developing and reviewing faade concepts, material palettes, and finish schedules, as well as coordinating with structural, MEP, and faade engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of finishes. You will be responsible for overseeing mock-ups, material sampling, and performance testing of faade systems, ensuring compliance with local building codes, fire safety norms, sustainability standards, and airport-specific guidelines. Additionally, you will manage design documentation, liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during construction, and conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify installation against approved designs. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years focused on faade finishes in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably airports or transport hubs. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite, along with knowledge of international standards and green building certifications, will be essential. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills are also crucial for success in this position, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. If you have experience with airport terminal design or other high-performance public buildings, exposure to BIM workflows and digital design tools, and knowledge of innovative materials and sustainable faade technologies, it will be considered as a strong advantage in your application.
