Sr. Manager - Terminal Facade & interface

In this role as a Senior Executive - Design at Adani Airports Holding Limited, your main responsibility will be to execute key design tasks and manage team efforts to ensure the successful completion of design components. You will be supporting senior architects by creating detailed architectural designs, conducting site analyses, and coordinating with stakeholders. Your technical skills will play a crucial role in contributing to the effective and timely completion of design projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architectural design and detailing of faade finishes and roof for terminal and support buildings. - Develop and review faade concepts, material palettes, and finish schedules in alignment with project vision and functional requirements. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and faade engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of finishes. - Oversee mock-ups, material sampling, and performance testing of faade systems. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety norms, sustainability standards, and airport-specific guidelines. - Manage design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to faade finishes. - Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during construction to resolve design issues and ensure quality execution. - Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify installation against approved designs. - Mentor junior architects and contribute to design reviews and value engineering exercises. Preferred Experience: - Experience with airport terminal design or other high-performance public buildings. - Exposure to BIM workflows and digital design tools. - Knowledge of innovative materials and sustainable faade technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years focused on faade finishes in large-scale infrastructure projects (preferably airports or transport hubs). - Strong knowledge of faade systems including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, and shading devices. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite. - Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASTM, BS, NFPA) and green building certifications (LEED, IGBC). - Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.,
