• Partner directly with the CEO & CXOs to spot leadership gaps and close them fast.
• Use multiple channels networks, referrals, head-hunters, and AI-driven tools to stay ahead of the curve.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand.
• Track what works, kill what doesn't, and deliver outcomes, not excuses.

Qualifications

• Leadership hiring specialist with 68 years of solid experience.
• Stable career track at least one 34-year stint.
• Deeply networked in the consumer tech/start-up ecosystem.

Required Skills

• A storyteller & influencer who can hold their own in solid conversations.
• Hustle-first, outcome-obsessed, and execution-driven.
• Exp in a product based firm.
