Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships for the Pharmaceutical company, your role involves shaping the strategy for product penetration and endorsement by Corporate Hospitals, Premier Domestic and Global Healthcare institutions, and Insurance providers. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining relationships with over 100 Corporate Hospitals in the coverage area, with a focus on Cardiac knowledge. - Developing innovative business models to drive stakeholder alignment for product penetration. - Creating an ecosystem of reliable partners to maintain and enhance product features. - Leading and owning strong relationships with critical stakeholders in accounts, including C-Suite and Senior Management. - Conducting detailed account analysis to customize product alignment communication based on factors such as footprint, financials, strategic priorities, and patient segment profile. - Developing Account Plans to achieve immediate, mid-term, and long-term business revenue and scale-up objectives. - Mapping stakeholders and their priorities comprehensively, and executing engagement programs for deal closure. - Leading stakeholder relationships with account C-Suite and Non-Clinical Management for expanding business opportunities and growth. - Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision-making authorities in accounts. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Science, B Pharma, BE, BTech in Biomedical Engineering, or Bio-instrumentation, Electronics. - PG degree in Business Management (preferred). - 12-15 years of B2B/B2C Sales experience in selling solution-based products/services in sectors such as Insurance, Healthcare Consulting Engagement Manager, and High-end Capex/Solutions Sales in Medical/Life Sciences/DTx companies. - Experience in Cardiology/Medical device or Equipment. - Exposure to C-Suite level deal making is essential. - Computer literacy, including a sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software. - Willingness to travel.,
