Sr Manager- Site Operations- Hyderabad

• Accounting knowledge -Sound knowledge of all Accounting entry and ledger reconciliation
• Oracle knowledge - Person should familiar with oracle
• Suggestion if any for cost reduction/ correction with line with MSA/ or agreement
• Analyze the Business Performance on a Monthly basis in term of Cost efficiency
• Candidate should Proficient in managing cross functional teams to ensure seamless task execution
• Cost optimization & Variance Analysis for Business Planning & Reporting.
• Establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets
• Tracking and closing out disputes - Validating CN/DN
• Partner governance and closing out issues
• Open PO Reconciliation with User
• Resolving circle issues related to MSA, billing disputes. Closing out disputes centrally with ToCo partners
• Lead and Drive WoW ( War on waste ) agenda with Circle & Center team
• Bill approval and validation for ToCo partners.
• Operational governance with circles.

Site operations - CTA Sites & High power Small cell Sites (Sites which are classified as difficult sites in circle)

1. Statutory/other compliance for own site

2 Agreement Renewal & vendor management of Existing Sites

3. Acquisition of Lean / low rental site & Stores

4. Rent reduction of Existing Sites & Stores including LLR

5. New Site delivery against target

6. Support on existing site up-gradation

7. Early harvest of Home Passes
