Job Description

We are looking for a growth hacker to drive marketing strategy for our B2B SAAS products to meet lead acquisition goals and grow organic traffic for our publishing business (Marriage.com and ProProfs.com). The position is responsible for managing increased visibility & acquire leads through inbound channels like SEO, SEM, PPC, Reputation & Influencer marketing, social media, Video marketing, and content marketing.

You will be jointly leading a team of 20 people and grow this team into a powerhouse of ideas and innovation. Along with this, will you be guiding the team responsible for content. The approach should be KPIs driven and should ensure increased traffic for our publishing business and leads for our SAAS business.

This role requires a strong understanding of effective marketing strategies across all major digital media channels such as SEO, content, social, Paid marketing and more. Along with organic SEO, you will also lead a team to get paid marketing channels working with a positive ROI for the company. You will be testing and launching new channels such as paid channels to build up the company's presence and meet lead acquisition goals for our software products (and SEO traffic for our publishing business).

Candidate will devise content strategy, technical SEO strategy, keyword strategy and growth strategy using content as a centerpiece to grow traffic (for publishing division) and leads (for software). Candidate will take a data driven approach utilizing organic marketing tools, google analytics and more to revise strategy based on what is working for growing traffic and leads.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Grow SAAS leads using organic channels and by testing and launching new paid channels such as PPC, retargeting, video ads etc,
  • For publishing & SAAS, craft and execute a strong SEO strategy including content strategy and technical SEO.
  • Develop and execute a data driven marketing strategy to grow traffic & leads. Relentlessly pursue ways to exponentially increase demand, month after month.
  • Manage online reputation & reviews
  • Lead digital marketing to grow revenue and traffic through Blogging, Content Strategy, Social Media & more.
  • Guide and collaborate with the content team on content strategy including SEO content & social media.
  • Manage our inbound marketing campaigns to help us continually grow our leads to help sales achieve their revenue goals.
  • Engage and galvanize our target community through blogs, forums and press opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports on marketing campaign metrics and social media metrics.

Competencies Required:

  • Should have experience with B2B product marketing & large site SEO
  • Should have strong knowledge of SEO for large websites
  • Should have strong knowledge of inbound channel marketing such as paid channels, display ads etc
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in B2B product marketing and/or growth of organic traffic for large sites
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of SaaS-based software & web publishing organizations and their growth dynamics.
  • Marketing Analytics: High level of expertise in Marketing Analytics using all available tools (such as Google Analytics and keyword tools) is a mandatory requirement.
  • The candidate should possess enough quantitative skills to make 2 to 3 year growth plans and growth forecasts.
  • The candidate should have worked online for at least 10 years.
