To join our vibrant team in the Karnataka Region, we are looking for a Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing with a lot of drive and expertise.

Role&Responsibilities:

1. Create and carry out strategic sales plans in order to meet company sales goals.

2. Lead and oversee a sales team in a Karnataka region to increase revenue and market share.

3. Create and preserve solid connections with important customers, architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.

4. Find New Business Prospects and Create Plans to Enter New Markets and Market Sectors.

5. Arrange and carry out exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to highlight our goods and services.

6. Perform market research and analysis to keep abreast of consumer preferences, competitor activity, and industry trends. 

7. Work together with the marketing team to create materials and campaigns that are effective. 8. Analyze sales data, track sales performance, and provide regular reports for management review.

9. Train, mentor, and assist junior members of the sales and marketing team to improve their abilities and output.

10. Visit project sites, meet with clients, and develop a solid network of architects for the company by traveling throughout the state.
