Sr Manager Sales

As an experienced Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing the go-to-market strategy for the business. Your responsibilities will include driving key customer relationships, negotiations, and channel engagement activities to achieve the sales, profit, and market share goals. Here's what you'll do: - Achieve sales targets for Bangalore and upcountry territory for Low Voltage Products and solutions. - Be responsible for the empanelment of our full PD solutions. - Identify and appoint Channel Partners/Integrators for the identified products. - Map and target new customers/projects/expansions in the assigned territory. - Effectively pursue, make proposals, and close sales in close coordination with the Business Development Team. - Obtain approvals from OEM, PB, End Users, Consultants, and utilities. - Provide technical support to partners/customers on products and applications. - Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing, products, and channel developments. - Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the business development team and successfully negotiate project sales. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree with a Masters's degree is highly desirable. - Minimum of 12-18 years of field sales experience. Skills: - Requires product application knowledge for switchgear (ACBs, MCCBs Control Products, LV Drives & Soft Starters, MCBs, Distribution Boards), switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers, as well as a working knowledge of the electrical industry. - Solid negotiation skills and market intelligence.
