Sr Manager-Revenue Assurance

The Senior Manager - Revenue Assurance position is a crucial role within the telecommunication industry, specifically focused on improving profits, revenues, and cash flows without impacting demand. As a part of the Revenue Assurance team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Network, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product to understand the business model and services offered by the company. Your main objective will be to identify process gaps, minimize leakages, and optimize operational performance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive Revenue Assurance Framework & Strategy, working with business units to address high-exposure risks, developing appropriate reporting mechanisms, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the company's data and revenues. You will also be responsible for detecting revenue leakages, analyzing loss to savings ratio, and ensuring industry benchmark standards for incident recoveries. To excel in this role, you are expected to collaborate effectively with various business units, proactively assess risks, recommend controls, and validate changes to mitigate risks to revenues and profits. You will also be required to liaise with internal teams such as IT, Network Operations, Marketing, Product, Customer Care, and Finance as and when required to drive essential cross-business changes and support senior management decision-making. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.E./B. Tech Degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, combined with an MBA/CA or similar qualification. Strong communication, documentation writing, and presentation skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to think strategically, achieve tangible results, lead breakthrough change, exceed customer expectations, and inspire and motivate others will be key to success in this position.
