GASLAB is expanding its cryogenic manufacturing capability and is hiring an experienced QA/QC Leader to take complete ownership of product quality, process discipline, and vacuum reliability for our cryogenic vessel division.
This role is NOT documentation or desk quality. This is real engineering quality driving welding quality, vacuum integrity, perlite insulation control, dew point discipline, and system compliance on the shop floor.
What You Will Own
Product quality for LCO / LIN / LOX cryogenic tanks
Vacuum system integrity & rise rate performance
Perlite insulation installed density control
Leak testing: helium mass spectrometer (MSLD)
Weld quality (ASME Sec VIII Div.1, RT/UT/MT/PT)
QAP, ITP, WPS/PQR/WQT compliance
NCR + CAPA + zero-repeat system enforcement
What We Expect
Minimum 10+ years QA/QC experience in fabrication/pressure vessels
Experience in cryogenic tank manufacturing is mandatory Must enforce SOP discipline – no compromise mindset Strong knowledge of vacuum process and perlite SOPs Able to face customer + TPI + ISO+ ASME 'U' audits confidently Leader who can train, implement & enforce quality systems Must be hands-on at shop floor, not office-bound
NDT Level III
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification
Handled export tanks (CE/PED/EN 13458)
Experience in helium leak detection & vacuum systems
