In this role as Director / Senior Manager of program management and operations, your main responsibility will be to provide operational support and leadership for the Sales Development Team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, driving efficiency, managing people, and leading end-to-end program management for key initiatives and client engagements. Your leadership will be essential in shaping a high-performance, data-driven, and innovative operations culture that delivers measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Oversee key operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. - Program Management: Own the full program lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation review to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards. - Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using technology and AI to enhance productivity and eliminate bottlenecks. - Sales Operations Excellence: Supervise the execution and continuous improvement of sales operations, including campaign management and performance tracking. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs; utilize analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, mitigate risks, and make informed operational decisions. - Change Management: Lead and drive change initiatives to support business transformation and operational excellence. - People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team; foster an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture while proactively addressing people issues and supporting career growth. Qualifications & Experience: - 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or business/program operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven success in managing large, distributed teams and complex operational structures in a sales or sales operations capacity. - Demonstrated experience in end-to-end program management, including risk management and cross-functional project delivery. - Strong understanding of technology, automation, and AI, and their application in process improvement. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma is a plus. - Advanced proficiency in CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI. - Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. - Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
