**Job Description** **Role Overview:** ib vogt GmbH is seeking a skilled individual to join as a Solar PV Project Manager in India. As a Solar PV Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and coordinating ground-mounted Solar PV projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around project management, stakeholder coordination, project documentation, risk management, and ensuring project deliverables are met within specified timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, implement, and streamline processes for ground-mounted Solar PV projects - Coordinate with land and permitting teams for project site acquisition and permits - Work closely with design and engineering teams to finalize project layout and drawings - Prepare project plans, budgets, and reports for Management Information System (MIS - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Identify and resolve project challenges with the help of the line manager - Conduct site visits for assessment and troubleshooting - Track project progress and schedule to ensure timely deliverables - Work with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure project completion - Support site team for all head office and vendor-related requirements - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies - Knowledge of claim and change management is desirable **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience in MS Office/Primavera v6/MS Project - Ability to coordinate with stakeholders - Multitasking abilities with experience in handling multiple assignments - Problem-solving attitude with a cross-functional role experience - Previous work experience at site and corporate will be advantageous - Prompt, proactive, and willing to accept challenging assignments **Qualification & Educational Requirements:** - Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field (Preferably engineering background) - Minimum 7 years of experience in Solar PV Project Management - Knowledge of industry practices and project management tools **Additional Details:** ib vogt GmbH offers: - Interesting and challenging tasks - A truly international working environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds - An open-minded, friendly, and highly motivated team - Great opportunities for professional and personal development - Competitive remuneration based on experience ib vogt GmbH is committed to creating an accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
