Qualification- Bachelors degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, or related field (Masters preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Risk Assessment

Advise media houses, production companies, sports federations, and sports clubs ,athletes on tailored insurance solutions.

Conduct risk profiling for events, productions, endorsements, and athlete careers.

• Policy Structuring & Underwriting

Design and underwrite policies for film production, live events, sports

tournaments, and talent coverage.

Structure coverage for liabilities, cancellations, equipment, and contractual obligations.

• Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with brokers, legal teams, and underwriters to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and industry

stakeholders.

• Claims Management

Oversee claims processes for complex cases involving reputational damage, injury, or production delays.

Coordinate with claims adjusters and legal counsel for resolution.

• Market Intelligence & Compliance.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in media and sports.

Ensure compliance with local and international insurance regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in specialty insurance, preferably with exposure to media or sports sectors.
• Strong understanding of entertainment and sports liability, event cancellation, and talent coverage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and sensitive client relationships.
• Preferred Industry Exposure.
• Experience working with production houses, OTT platforms, sports leagues, or celebrity management firms.
• Familiarity with international insurance markets and cross-border coverage
