Sr. Manager International Business (Rest of world Markets)

You will report to the International Business Head and your primary responsibilities will be to drive market strategies and expand our portfolio of pharmaceutical products under the most competitive terms, across Rest of World (RoW) Markets. Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets. Drive market entry strategies and oversee the successful execution of plans. Coordinate with a team of internal and external stakeholders to enrich our portfolio, explore new product technologies, and expand our footprint. Lead negotiations with prospective clients and distributors to secure business deals. Analyze market opportunities by gathering market intelligence on products and sources. Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to align business development efforts with product development and availability. Develop sales forecasts, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics, market trends, and business development activities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make adjustments as necessary. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements, develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, regulators, and other stakeholders. Ensure ethics and integrity in all matters. Facilitate regulatory audits relating to the plant. Demonstrated expertise in market entry strategies and driving growth across diverse markets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of the way the key pharma industry's drivers influence the launch of products. A sound network of industry contacts.
