Sr. Manager - Initiative Operations

Scope

• Drive execution, governance, and optimization of cross-functional supply chain initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.

What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end initiative execution from inception to GA, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Optimize governance and processes using Jira, Aha, and Jellyfish.
• Align cross-functional teams and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead continuous improvements and standardize initiative execution.
• Contribute to strategic business goals through stakeholder engagement and process innovation.
  

What We Are Looking For

• 810 years of program or project management experience in SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of SaaS initiatives, including budgeting, strategic planning, and subscription-based metrics.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams to deliver Initiatives and Programs.
• Expertise in agile frameworks, change management, and process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, and operations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Aha, and Jellyfish for initiative tracking and governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
