Job Description

Design and deliver product calendar by identifying target markets, new product ideas after studying consumer preferences, competition and industry studies, distributors need and aligned to company s objective
Management of existing products to help deliver desirable product mix, by liaising with sales, BIU, finance, marketing etc
Ensure timely implementation of the product project plans through coordination and liaison with sales, actuarial, compliance, IT, UW and other related functions for filing of the product or solution and timely launch
Streamline processes & achieve towards building efficiencies, reducing TAT for launches
Create new pitches, stories that can aid sales with better sellingPlan and develop go-to-market plans and programs for products, working directly with all departments as necessarySupport sales team collaterals, calculators, FAQs to help in product, solution
