Sr. Manager- I - MIP SC

We are looking for high energy individuals who can efficiently
co-ordinate and communicate with business teams, provide support for localcontests, manage business presentations and monitor & analyze data for thebusiness.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for execution and delivery of projects
  related to sales distribution teams.


• Coordinate with the Sales team & Central Projects
  team


• Create and manage presentations for senior leaders in
  the region


• Track and analyze data for the business and region with
  regular MIS updates, Create communication packs for employees in the region for various updates to support delivery of business agenda


• Design & drive local contests and manage the
  Rewards and Recognition (RnR) programme for the region


• Drive Protection & Persistency targets for the
  business & region
