Sr. Manager- HR Operations

You have an exciting opportunity to join iMerit as a Sr. Manager in HR Operations in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Employee Engagement & HR Operations, ensuring the efficient administration of HR policies and processes, and providing coaching and conflict resolution. As the Sr. Manager in HR Operations, your responsibilities will include managing the entire joining and exit formalities, facilitating employee relations, maintaining employee information, processing unemployment claims, preparing reports for management, participating in policy development, conducting investigations, and assisting in HR areas as needed.
