Key Responsibilities

Visual Strategy & Brand Identity

Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution across all brand touchpoints digital, print, web, video, and events.
Build and evolve MSU's visual identity into a consistent, powerful, and modern design language.

Creative Direction & Team Leadership

Guide and manage internal designers, freelancers, and creative agencies to deliver high-quality visual output.
Translate briefs into engaging visual formats including social media creatives, web assets, brochures, video graphics, and experiential materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, brand, content, video, and leadership teams to ensure visual assets align with communication goals.
Contribute to storytelling and campaign strategy from concept to execution.

Systems & Execution

Develop scalable design systems, templates, and brand guidelines for consistent creative output.
Ensure high visual quality, storytelling clarity, and brand alignment across all content.

Trend & Technology Awareness

Stay up to date with global and regional design trends, tools, and technologies to continually elevate creative standards.
