Sr. Manager- Finance Business Partner

Role & responsibilities:

• Pricing Analysis & Commercial Discussions: Conduct detailed pricing analysis and collaborate with commercial teams to support competitive and profitable pricing decisions.
• Implement and maintain strong internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Cost Ownership of Selling and Distribution expenses. Own the budget and actual spend for all Selling and Distribution costs, including freight, logistics, warehousing, and promotional distribution.
• Monitor and analyse variances to ensure cost efficiency, implement control measures, and collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to optimise spending without impacting service levels.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights on S&D expense trends to support informed decision-making.
• Design, monitor, and validate rebate structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Oversee GST-related processes, filings, and reconciliations to ensure full statutory compliance including tax planning of cash for GST.
• Drive automation initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Manage and ensure compliance for closure or restructuring activities related to private limited entities which are under closure.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing setup (preferable FMCG/FMCD).
• Must be proficient at English and Hindi (must), local language not mandatory but preferable.
• Must have strong stakeholder management experience.
• Strong leadership and team handling skills.
• Exp working on ERP tools like SAP, will be preferable.
