Nutrisco

Nutrisco is ETG's food ingredients business, consisting of cocoa, cashew, rice, sesame, and a variety of edible nuts. This business places increased focus on sustainable practices through its Beyond Beans Foundation, and launched multiple supply chain programs around farmer income and environment with farmer groups and large food brands in the chocolate and cashew sectors.

ETG Commodities

ETG Commodities trade on various exchanges, where liquid derivative instruments are used to mitigate price risk within the commodities value chain. We pride ourselves in being Agricultural Commodity Specialists and have diversified our portfolio of grains, coffee, cotton, soya, and other agri commodities to also include Metals, Energy and Carbon. Core to our business is Africa, where the vertical has the ability to leverage off of the group's vast asset base. Our African Footprint encompass Sub Saharan and West African countries, with international specialist operations in Central Asia, India, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Pulses

ETG Pulses is an important player in the global plant based protein market and a leading processor and exporter of safe, premium quality products. Our strong origination network across 5 continents, supported by 26 processing units in 16 countries, has placed ETG at the forefront of the plant-based protein segment. ETG is the world's largest processor of specialized pulses, with processing capacity exceeding 1.2 Million tonnes annually. More than 50% of our volumes are processed at our plants in North America,India, UAE, Bangladesh, Australia and Africa.

Fertilizer and Chemicals

ETG's Fertilizers and Agro-chemicals, backed and supported by our team of expert agronomists, are distributed to farmers across Africa. Our strategically located blending plants give ETG the ability to support regions throughout Africa. Agri Inputs has developed into a global player in the Agri Inputs space, distributing a variety of Straight and Specialized fertilizers globally. ETG Logistics

ETG has developed an extensive network of port, city and rural infrastructure supported by rail and road logistics assets. These assets are consolidated under ETG Logistics, an end-to-end logistics service provider that offers freight forwarding, ocean freight, airfreight, custom brokerage, ship agency, container handling (ICD) , bonded warehousing, fertiliser and grains handling, cleaning & bagging and warehousing and transportation services. ETG Logistics is fully capable of providing end to end logistics services in more than 20 African countries. Job Details:

International Tax and Transfer Pricing Position| Bangalore

The International Tax and Transfer Pricing role will be based out of Bangalore, India, and he/she will report into the report to the Group Head of Taxation, Dubai and work as part of a Global tax team.

The person will be supporting Global Head of Taxation in overseeing, managing support on all group tax related matters for the ETG group of companies in all countries.This role involves ensuring compliance with all tax regulations (Direct tax, Indirect tax, Transfer Pricing, BEPS etc), managing tax planning and strategy, and optimizing the group's tax position, and supporting certain businesses. The person will also play a crucial role in some regions like Asia Pacific, Africa, Americas etc and work with Tax and Finance team members, technically and otherwise. The role will also require demonstrating thought leadership, knowledge on complex international tax issues, optimizing the Group's overall tax expenses and liabilities while maximizing tax incentives and benefits.

Tax Strategy and International Tax Planning:

Develop and implement tax strategies for global region, that optimize ETG Groups's tax position, while remaining compliant. Align tax strategy with internal and external stakeholders, as per business needs.

Identify global tax opportunities for tax optimization, deductions, credits, and incentives, discuss with Global

Tax team, andlead action with local team, follow up toclosure.

Monitor, andactively manage the ETRposition of entities.

Spearhead internationaltax planning efforts agreed with Global Head ofTaxation, considering the impact of tax treaties on cross-border transactions.

Provide strategic advice on tax implications related to business initiatives and transactions in the region, e.g. in

M&A projects, tax due diligence, tax structuring and restructuring, tax reviews, as required from time to time.

Tax Compliance:

Responsible to ensure that the ETG group companies complies with all tax laws and regulations globally.

• Oversee and support Finance teams of ETG group entities and Relevant business to ensure they comply with relevant country tax laws and regulations.Including, ensure Finance is timely preparation & filing of tax returns, including Income tax, VAT, CFC, BEPS filings (e.g. GloBE Information Return) and other taxes.

Monitor and implement changes in tax laws and regulations tomaintain compliance, work with advisors, and keep Global tax team informed. Follow up action to ensure closure with countries/teams on identifiedtax issues.

Transfer Pricing (TP), BEPS, CbCr:

Responsible for group entities to be compliant with International TP regulations.

Oversee completeness of country related TP documentation/work with support to relevant Finance teams, to ensure they are in line with the overall Group TP policy and theirown country regulations.

Ensure necessary TP documentation (local & Master file, CbCr, BEPS/GloBE tax etc) adequate to defend the

Group's TP positions and future TP audits, in coordination with relevant tax advisors and Global tax team.

Lead and Monitor changes in OECD TP, BEPS Pillar 2 regulations and work with the advisors, Global tax team to propose, agree and action tasks tomaintain compliance of the Group in Relevant region.

Tax and TP Audit & disputes, Legal Compliance:

Responsible to lead and manage any Tax and TP disputes with Relevant country tax authorities, keeping the

Global tax team informed, and working with relevant CFO/ local Finance and local advisors.

Manage and support tax and TP audits, and disputes within other Relevant tax authorities, along with their local

Finance team, advisors and Global tax team.

Prepare and keep updated the tax audit risk register for the Relevant region countries.

Prepare and maintain necessary documentation to defend the company's tax positions, work with tax advisors.
