Role & responsibilities

Prioritize and Interprets data driven insights to the business leaders and enable them in taking business decisions.
Provide insights to adjust business priorities, to respond to significant changes in business and market conditions based on the data.
Translating the corporate strategy to effective business plans to contribute the achievement of business
Holds accountability for the collecting, compiling, analysing and interpreting data
Supports the collection and reporting of market data consisting of customer, company, competitor and industry.
Defines and prioritizes the insights needed to achieve business and marketing goals
Locating and collecting data from appropriate sources and analyzing it to prepare meaningful and concise reports that summarize the information
Makes complex inferences using general background knowledge and contextual information
Dealer visits for evaluation/ way forward on need basis as per plans.
Lead the digital transformation in the system, process & procedures.
Administer and maintain the CRM platform
Work closely with sales, marketing and service team to ensure the CRM system is used effectively.
