About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Alliances & Partnerships, with a strong background in Business Development & Marketing domains. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of proven experience in building strategic partnerships, selling brand visibility and impressions, and driving revenue through innovative collaboration opportunities. Experience in Media Sales will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage Strategic Alliances with Consumer Brands.
  • Develop partnership models that maximize brand visibility, impressions, and engagement, through own assets.
  • Drive sponsorships, collaborations, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Leverage media sales experience to pitch and close deals with leading brands.
  • Create partnership proposals, sales decks, and ROI-driven presentations for clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across industries.
  • Monitor performance of partnerships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on Sales / Marketing, Sponsorship trends, and Media innovations.
