Dear All,

We have an opening for Manager Legal and Job profile are giving as under.

Candidate must have minimum 5 to 10 yrs. of Experience and He must have real estate Knowledge Noida Experience.
Good knowledge of NOIDa

Handling cases for Real Estate Regulatory Authority under The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act,
Drafting/ contracts- Customer Contracts, Vendor Contracts, Service Level Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Inter company agreements, MOU s, sale deeds.
Handling litigation, preparing case paper and drafting various.
Achieve all the essential criteria of the important function of providing robust and intelligent
legal
support to various functions engaged in running of a successful business venture.
Preparing Executive Summary of the cases being handled and periodically sharing the same with the higher management and legal team. Initiating discussion around the issues being dealt with and updating progress.
Demonstrated a sound knowledge of the Court system and litigation process.
Corporate Law, Contract Negotiations, Criminal Cases, Civil, Contract Drafting, Negotiable Instrument Act, Contract Act
