Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead SDET to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation using Python, API testing with Karate, and UI automation with Selenium.
You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing and implementing robust automated test frameworks and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Python.
Build and execute API test suites using Karate DSL for RESTful services and microservices.
Develop and maintain end-to-end UI automation using Selenium with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing features.
Perform root cause analysis of test failures and drive issues to resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Pytest or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Karate DSL for API testing.
Proficiency in Selenium for UI automation (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
Exposure to monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus.
