Job Description

You will be responsible for implementing and supporting various IPX Services to ensure smooth operations, timely resolution of customer issues, and high-quality service delivery. Your main activities will include handling customer complaints from IPX customers, supporting Solution/Sales/Product/Engineering teams on their requests/projects, managing change requests with minimal service impact, providing L2/L3 troubleshooting for escalated technical issues, preparing monthly reports for customers and internal teams, managing team activities including roster, knowledge sharing, and performance monitoring, performing ticket audits, providing feedback, and driving quality improvements. You will need to be available 24/7 for the team during outages/escalations. For this role, you must have a graduation degree in Electronics and Telecom/IT/Computers Engineering. You should possess technical in-depth knowledge of Cisco, Alcatel, and Juniper routing and switching platforms, hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and Alcatel Lucent routers and switches, a strong understanding of L2 technologies, proficient in managing IP routing protocols and network services, knowledge of VPN technologies, understanding of QoS concepts, MPLS, basic MPLS Traffic Engineering, strong knowledge of Firewall technologies and IPsec concepts. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of MPLS network, BGP/OSPF, a strong background in customer management, escalation handling, change management, quality audits, and team management. It is essential to be a team player and leader, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a strong customer focus, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, be an innovative thinker, fast learner, adaptable to new technologies, well-organized, team-oriented, and dynamic in approach. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 6-12 years of experience in the Telecom/Networking domain with proven expertise in managing large-scale network operations.,
