Roles and Responsibilities:
Process Areas - Receivables, Broker Report, Payments and Batch,
Configure master data and payment plan distributions for various business types, Managing Implementation and maintenance of Interfaces to FSCD, Responsible for providing high level solution and design, Review functional and technical specifications and develop corresponding system changes or enhancements, Providing solution design for all major CR s, IMG configuration and customization of CD to Sompo s business process to span across different states and business segments, Direct Review of various aspects of the Functionality/Features of existing system, Pro-actively identify the risks and dependencies, Discuss the risks and dependencies with the client and identify the mitigation plan, Work closely with testing team in identifying potential risks and issues.
