Sr Lead Consultant - EBS HRMS OTL

You will be responsible for Oracle Apps HCM OTL Techno-Functional with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in EBS HRMS Techno Functional OTL, including expertise in OTL Mobile App, you will be a key player in the team. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to work independently with UK clients. Your primary duties will include understanding the current application HCL OTL Module Setups for Oracle EBS version 12.2.10 for HCM OTL modules and Timesheet. You will support OTL setup and related configurations, analyze EBS HRMS interfaces, and review user setup issues. Furthermore, you will be required to customize the layout by adding or modifying fields such as Start Time, Stop Time, and Comments. Your role will also involve adding or modifying rules and business logic in the OTL Mobile App, debugging issues, and providing solutions for HCL OTL Module modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and functionalities, coordinate with Oracle and Business for Oracle SRs, and perform impact analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for detailed solution design, unit testing, integration testing, supporting UAT, and documenting requirements, use cases, and test scripts. You will also assist in the handover to production support and help identify repetitive issues for a permanent fix. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle Apps HCM OTL Techno-Functional with Oracle Timesheet in Mobile Apps.,
